A Promise

Until tonight, I had labeled blogs as a fad. The eye opener for me was watching World News Tonight, which cited a blog, www.dailykoss.com as the main reason for Lieberman loosing votes to retain his seat in the Senate. Thus, I now have a reason to believe that blogs have fully integrated into American society. They have become as prolific as instant messaging. Therefore, I would like to take a moment to delineate why the Women and Politics blog is unique. This blog is concerned with educating and informing people about women who are involved in politics and their role in the political sphere. Additionally, this blog will have posts regarding women's issues domestically and internationally. Women and Politics will stay true to the essence of Purepolitics.com, as a bipartisan and unbiased website. Furthermore, our goal is that readers will find this blog to be inspiring to the fullest extent so that they might become involved in politics.
